How to install your signature

Fill in your details and select your hotel brand. The preview updates live.

Click Download Signature File — it saves a file called helix-signature.htm to your computer.

Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New → type a name → then in the edit box, go to Insert tab and choose Insert File, or simply open the .htm file in a browser, select all (Ctrl+A), copy, and paste into the Outlook signature box.

Easiest method for Outlook: Open the downloaded helix-signature.htm file in your browser → Select All (Ctrl+A) → Copy (Ctrl+C) → paste directly into the Outlook signature editor.

Gmail: Open the .htm file in your browser → Select All → Copy → paste into Gmail's signature editor under Settings → See all settings → General → Signature.
